吸音隔音塗層製備方法

以熱熔射噴塗法製備吸收或干擾聲波塗層,為多層複合材料塗層,在基材上依序噴塗鋅鋁合金層做為抗蝕層,及封孔保護層,封孔層主要材料為高分子,其化學惰性能降低內層金屬的氧化。本研究是將石墨材料加入封孔層中做改質,石墨粉在緻密的封孔層中形成孔隙,經聲波量測的空氣阻抗管量測後發現,當添加膨脹石墨粉時較有效果差異,可能是膨脹石墨形狀不規則,且占據較大的空間,使封孔層內部產生許多空孔,受到力學波作用時有空間做變形,在變形的過程中吸收力學能,將機械能轉為熱能,而達到緩衝作用,具有阻尼的效果,擁有吸收聲波的能力。 This study is preparation of multifunctional coating by thermal spray. In industry, thermal spray is used to prepare corrosion resistance coating. But this coating has not only corrosion resistance but also acoustic absorption. Zinc-aluminum coating on substrate is basic corrosion, in cathodic protection as the sacrificial oxide material, then spray plastic coating to be sealing layer. Plastic coating has lower acoustic impedance, it is fit for acoustic absorber. Adding expansion of graphite plastic coating has better ability of acoustic absorption, but this coating has bad bonding strength. Find others method to modify this coating. In theory, if impedance difference is large, morphology would have more contribution. Wedge absorption and micro-perforated absorption can be easily control. Find to change the pore size and space of micro-perforated absorption control resonance frequency to absorb acoustic.
