技術說明

本發明提供一種發光二極體，包含一基板與依序形成的一發光單元、一視窗層、一增亮單元，及一與該發光單元形成電連接的電極單元；該視窗層具有一粗糙表面，且該增亮單元包括多個形成於該粗糙表面上的凸部。此外，本發明還提供一種發光二極體的製作方法，包含以下步驟：準備一包括一基板、一發光單元、一視窗層，及一電極單元的發光元件；於該視窗層的表面形成多數個奈米球，並以該等奈米球為遮罩對該視窗層的表面進行蝕刻，使該視窗層形成一粗糙表面；改變該等奈米球的形態，使其轉變為具有弧狀表面的凸部而形成一位於該視窗層上的增亮單元。 The present invention provides a light emitting diode, comprising a substrate and a light-emitting unit sequentially forming a window layer, a brightening unit, and an electrode unit electrically connected to the light emitting element; the window layer has a rough surface , and the brightening unit includes a plurality of convex portions are formed on the rough surface.
