技術說明

精煉是煉鋼過程必備的製程，其中造還原渣是精煉製程中不可或缺的一環。還原渣在精煉製程中除扮演去除不純物質與調整鋼液成份的角色外，還能保護熔鋼不被高溫氧化。台灣目前的煉鋼廠均將煉鋼時的爐渣僅做一次性使用，此不僅浪費造渣成本，更造成環境的負擔。精煉中主要成分CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaF2等為主要成分，適當的調配比率可以降低礦物組成的熔點，加快煉鋼的進行，提升爐渣的覆蓋性，將其用於週波爐的脫磷效果絕佳。 Refining is essential to steel making; to which, obtaining a reductive slag is critically important to the process. The reductive slag removes impurities, adjusts composition of molten steel, and protects the molten steel from oxidization at high temperatures. The refining slag is composited of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaF2. At present, all the steel plants in Taiwan use slag only once. This not only increases cost for steel making, but is also detrimental to environment. This object hence aims at development of reductive slags that are capable of multiple uses in the induction furnace for dephosporization process.
