技術說明

無電鍍又稱為化學鍍，目前已成為表面處理技術中相當重要的工藝。由於無電鍍會使用大量的金屬觸媒作為起始劑，造成成本和環境問題，本計畫將開發無電鍍的金屬觸媒減量和高效能鍍液，達到無錫且快速的無電鍍製程。 Electroless plating is also called chemical plating, which is an important technique in the surface coating field. The electroless plating applies a lot of metal catalyst as initiators, leading to cost and environmental issues. Therefore, this project will develop a tin-free and fast electroless deposition process by the reduction of metal nanocatalysts and the high-efficiency electrolyte.
