技術說明

一種具可翻轉樣本功能之樣本承載設備包含一本體及一可翻轉結構。本體中形成有一凹槽。可翻轉結構局部容置於凹槽中，並與本體樞接而可相對於本體翻轉。本裝置可置於顯鏡系統中，使得觀察者可於不同角度取得影像，尤其適用於透明的樣品，於不同角度取得三維的影像，並於事後以計算形成最後影像，以修正因深度所造成的誤差及提高解析度。本裝置可調整適用於各型高解析顯微系統，如共軛焦顯微鏡，以低成本裝置來大輻提高三維影像解析度。 The invention provide a device including a main body and a revolvabel structure; a groove is made on the made body to hold the revolvable strucutrure so thtat a roatation relative to the body is possible with a clamp on the side wall. The said apparatus makes obseravations at different viewing angles possible under a microscope, especially valuable to transparent samples. Various 3D stacks of images may be collected at different angles and then fused into a final 3D image by computation so as to correct errors occures along the direction of depth and raise the final resolution. This device may be adated to different types of high resolution microscopes, e.g. the confocal micriscope, to greatly improve the image quality with a low cost installation.
