技術說明

微藻之藻油為具開發潛力之生質能源之一。相較於農作物之培植，因藻體大量培育於單位面積能獲得較高單位的生質原料而備受注目。依其藻種，微藻內可蘊含高達60％以上的藻油（含有三酸甘油脂、雙酸甘油脂、單酸甘油脂等），而為了使其符合生質柴油之使用規範（如黏度），將甘油脂轉脂化為脂肪酸甲（或乙）脂為必須之策略。此技術之目的在於利用特定溶劑及反應系統將甘油脂從藻體中萃取出，同時該反應系統以甲或乙醇行轉脂化為脂肪酸甲脂或脂肪酸乙脂。以節省中間過程之分離與乾燥成本並提升其應用可能。 Microalgae has recently been one of the most potential sources of bioenergy. Comparing to the traditional production from crops, microalgae has attracted much attention owing to its probability of larger amount production. Microalgae store as high as 60wt% of lipids, which are the so-called triglycerides (TG), diglycerides (DG) and monoglycerides (MG). To serve as an adequate bioenergy source, the glycerides should be transesterified to fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) to fit the standard of biodiesel (i.e. range of viscosity) provided by government. Our invention includes the using of solvent to extract the lipid in the algal body and simultaneously trancesterify the glycerides to FAMEs in one-pot to save the energy consumption of heating, drying and separation between the extraction and transesterification processes.
