技術說明

壓縮機為空調系統中的最高耗能元件，故減少壓縮機耗能即可增加節能效果。因此提升壓縮機外殼散熱效果，可以降低高壓壓力，有助於降低壓縮機之不可逆性，進而達到提升空調機的效率。本發明將傳統包覆於壓縮機外殼之防震與減噪音材料更換成具有吸濕速乾功能的紡織物。藉由本發明所設計的導流管與吸收結構使吸濕速乾的紡織物吸收蒸發器的凝結水，並利用凝結水蒸發冷卻的方式來降低壓縮機外殼溫度與產生熵，進而達到提升空調系統能源效率的目的。 The compressor has the highest power consumption in air conditioning system. Therefore, the irreversibility of compressor will be reduced with increasing dissipation of the compressor housing, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the air conditioner. This invention will use moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabrics to replace traditional vibration and noise reduction materials of compressor. The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabrics to absorb condensed water of the evaporator by using the design of conduit and absorbing structure in this invention, and evaporation cooling of condensed water to reduce compressor housing temperature and entropy generation to enhance the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system.
