三維選擇性燒結修補系統、設備及其應用方法

本發明是一種三維選擇性燒結修補系統、設備及其應用方法,本發明利用一位移掃瞄裝置針對一待修補區域進行掃瞄而獲得一修補數據。再運用一模型比對裝置連接位移掃瞄裝置且取得修補數據運算後產生一修補參數。再以一位移噴出裝置配合一介質讓帶電粉體靜電磁附定位於待修補區域表面,形成對應位置及厚度的帶電粉體層。最後依據修補參數進行位移能量燒結裝置的位移及燒結,將帶電粉體層固化一體於待修補區域。藉此,本發明可提供精準且能在曲面上進行的選擇性燒結修補工作。 A three-dimensional selective repairing system, apparatus and method thereof are provided. This invention uses a scanning device for scanning a surface of a target that want to be repaired, and it gets a repair data. After using a model comparison module connects to the scanning device for the repair data, and the model comparison module can obtain a repaired data through the operation generated. Then after, an energy generating unit and a powder providing unit are corresponding to repair data to make a powder layer on the surface of the target. The powder providing unit provides a power to a surface of the target. The powder is formed into the powder layer on the surface of the target. The energy generating unit provides an energy beam to selectively heat a particular area of the powder layer. Therefore, the invention provides a magnetic effect to control and sintered powder layer.
