技術說明

一種以燃燒反應生成物游離樣品並藉以進行質譜分析的方法，包含一燃燒步驟、一脫附/游離步驟，及一分析步驟。 該燃燒步驟是準備一能產生燃燒反應的燃燒單元，藉由燃燒反應生成至少一種具反應性的帶電物種。並使一待測樣品因燃燒反應的溫度而產生熱脫附， 形成多數個樣品粒子。該脫附/游離步驟是使熱脫附後的該等樣品粒子與燃燒反應產生之帶電物種進行氣相化學反應，並產生游離現象而形成多數分析物離子。 該分析步驟是將該等分析物離子導入一質譜儀進行質譜分析。能簡便地以該燃燒單元產生燃燒反應而使待測樣品形成可供質譜儀分析的分析物離子 A method aand apparatus for ionization of analytes vis combustion and the mass spectrometry thereof.
