自動化血液分析系統及自動化血液分析方法

本發明提供一種自動化血液分析系統,包含上樣平台、試驗平台以及處理器。上樣平台對受試者之血液樣本及供血者之血液樣本進行上樣前處理,以得受試血液樣本與目標血液樣本。受試血液樣本與目標血液樣本混合之混合血液樣本以試驗平台的試藥反應裝置進行血液交叉試驗,影像擷取裝置用以擷取反應後混合血液樣本的三維血球凝集影像資料。當血液交叉試驗評估程式由處理器執行時可評估受試血液樣本與目標血液樣本的凝集判讀結果。藉此,本發明之自動化血液分析系統可達成血品處理之一致性,並可大幅提升血球凝集判讀的準確度。 The present disclosure provides an automatic blood analysis system including a sample loading platform, a testing platform and processor. The sample loading platform is for preprocessing a blood sample of a subject and a blood sample of a donor so as to obtain a testing blood sample and a target sample. A mixed blood sample obtained from mixing the testing blood sample and the target sample is underwent a cross-matching test by a drug reacting device of the testing platform, and an image capture device is for capturing a three-dimensional hemagglutination image data of an after-processed mixed blood sample. A blood cross-matching assessment program is for assessing a result of the hemagglutination of the testing blood sample and the target sample when the blood cross-matching assessment program is executed by the processor. Therefore, the automatic blood analysis system of the present disclosure can achieve a consistency in blood sample processing, and the accuracy of the assessment of hemagglutination thereof can be further enhanced.
