模穴氣體反壓與溫度控制裝置

一種模穴氣體反壓與溫度控制裝置,其主要係由一模具、一程序控制閥、一反壓氣體供給單元及一高溫氣體供給單元所組成,模具係由兩個半模組成,且模具設有貫通至模穴的射料道與至少一氣道;程序控制閥係接設於模具之氣道,用以控制高溫氣體與高壓氣體或高溫高壓氣體由氣道進、出模穴;反壓氣體供給單元係經程序控制閥而供給反壓氣體至模穴;高溫氣體供給單元係經程序控制閥而供給高溫氣體至模穴。據此,可以協同控制由高溫氣體供給單元對模穴表面進加熱,且由反壓氣體供給單元於射出成型時提供反壓,以獲致較佳表面品質及更均勻分布與可控制發泡大小的射出成型成品。 One kind of anti-cavity gas pressure and temperature control device, the main line by a mold, a process control valve, a back pressure and a gas supply unit composed of high temperature gas supply unit, the mold formed by the two and a half mold and die design are through to the cavity of the injection material Road and at least a stretch Road; process control valves connected set in the mold of the airway to control the hot gas and high pressure gas or high pressure gas from the airways into and out of the cavity; anti-pressure gas supply unit The process control system back pressure valve and supply gas to the cavity; high temperature gas supply unit by the process control system which supplies hot gas to the valve cavity.
