技術說明

本研究發明主要以螢幕面板傾斜度控制機構與支撐結構為分析對象，提出一套改善測試螢幕面板支撐架之設計與結構剛性的方法與技術。本發明開發出一組新設計的螢幕面板傾斜度控制機構與支撐結構並且探討撓性傾斜度控制機構與支撐結構的撓性變形對估算瞬間扭力與支撐傳動力的動態影響，並透過電腦高速計算及模擬，分析傾斜度控制機構與支撐結構上各組件的動態響應及動態應力分布的情形。本發明使螢幕面板之傾斜度支撐調整角度範圍更為大且有別於一般螢幕面板之樞軸，利用螺桿、齒輪與凸輪之整合，開發出一種符合全方位視角之一種螢幕面板面板傾斜度控制機構。 The main objective of this invention is to provide the methods and techniques to test and improve the design and manufacturing ability of LCD supported table, especially focus on the skew-angle control mechanism, and supported structure parts. In this invention, we will estimate the effects of flexibility of the flexible skew-angle control mechanism and supported structure on the computation of the dynamic torques, supported transmission forces and responses. By using the computational ability and simulation of modern computers, the dynamic responses, dynamic stress distribution and modal tests can be calculated and performed.
